Our VCT strip and wax team has over 30 years of experience in stripping and waxing VCT floors. Our results are awesome because we care about high quality and doing the job right. We use premium quality wax with a high percentage of solids to create longer lasting and more brilliant shine with a “like new” appearance. Our wax has 70% solids instead of the normal 30%. The VCT floor will appear new for a longer period of time and its useful life will increase as a result of our procedure. We apply 4 coats of high quality wax as opposed to the industry standard of only 2 coats. The 4 coats enable us to maintain the floors instead of stripping them down every six months. Our maintenance procedure takes half the time, saves you money, saves the VCT tile and promotes a clean and healthy business and sales environment. Hot Water extraction or "Steam Cleaning" method of carpet cleaning can usually take about 4 to 6 hours to completely dry. It also depends on the type and thickness of the carpet. Very Low Moisture carpet cleaning or "VLM"
can typically dry in an hour or less. Dry times can be reduced by speed drying with fans or blowers. 
You should consider having your carpet professionally cleaned every 10 to 12 months.

Household factors that can affect how often you schedule your carpet cleaning. 
Light Traffic -10 to 12 months
High Traffic - 6 to 12 months
Pets - 3 to 6 months
Children - 6 to 12 months
Light Colored Carpet - 6 Months

Unfortunately, no one can guarantee every spot and stain will be removed. Sometimes they are just too tough to get out or they have set in to the carpet fibers over time. Most spots can be removed with our cleaning solutions and spotters but not all stains are guaranteed to be completely removed.
